Updating PM Schedule Details

You can modify PM Schedule details as needed.

To update a PM schedule

1. Navigate to the PM Schedule portlet and use Search to locate the schedule you want to update. See Searching for a PM Schedule for more information.

   Civic Platform displays a list of all of the PM schedules.

2. Click the Schedule Name link for the PM schedule you want to update.

   Civic Platform displays the PM schedule details.

3. Update data as needed. See Preventative Maintenance Schedule Fields for a list of fields and field definitions.

4. Click Save.

   Civic Platform saves your information and updates the PM schedule list with the new changes.
