Change Your Agency Password

The agency administrator login password is for any administrators who should have access to the supervisor function.

Note: The multi-agency user password is not impacted by the minimum password requirements set up in Configure Password Security.

To change your agency password

  1. Go to Classic Admin > Agency Profile > Replace Password.
  2. On the Replace Password page, update the fields (User Id is for the current user).


  3. Click Submit.
