Rescheduling an Asset Condition Assessment

When an inspector cannot perform an assessment because of a scheduling conflict, an inability to access the assessment site, or because an asset is not ready for assessment, you can reschedule the assessment.

To reschedule an asset condition assessment

  1. Navigate to the Asset Condition Assessment portlet and use Search to locate the assessment you want to reschedule. See Using the Search Features for information about using Search.

  2. Click the link for the Assessment ID you want to reschedule.

    Civic Platform displays the Asset Condition Assessment detail portlet.

  3. Modify the date and time fields as needed.

  4. Update any other fields as necessary in the Asset Condition Assessment detail portlet.

  5. Click Save.

    Civic Platform saves and updates the Asset Condition Assessment with your changes.
