Enables the Void button in the Fee List tab of the Record portlet, so users can void an invoiced but unpaid fee.

Interdependency

Always enable FID 8333 with FID 8348 if you want to void an application fee. Enable FID 8333 with FID 8366 if you want to void fees associated with Point of Sale transactions.
