Description

This Standard Choice defines how many result rows display for each group list page in the Global Search result portlet. For example, if the Standard Choices value is 5, then a user views a default list of 5 items in each of the result groups in the Global Search result portlet.

For the Elasticsearch server, this Standard Choice is controlled by a new Standard Data option, MAX_LIST_ROWS. The default value of MAX_LIST_ROWS is set to 10 to protect against performance degradation of the search results. If the results per page in DEFAULT_LIST_ROWS is greater than the amount allowed in MAX_LIST_ROWS, then MAX_LIST_ROWS supersedes the value in DEFAULT_LIST_ROWS.

This is a Standard Data option set by Accela. If you need additional rows enabled, contact Accela support. However, any Global Search that does not include the Elasticsearch server (usually on-premise customers who have not yet opted to enable it) may set the Standard Choice DEFAULT_LIST_ROWS to values higher than 10.

Standard Choice values include:

{Set it to a number of rows you want to display in each group result list portlet. The default value is 10.}
