Importing the License Key

If you do not have a license key contact Accela Customer Support.

To import your Accela software license key:

1. Log in to Civic Platform.

2. Navigate to the Administration page.

3. Go to Setup > System Tools and select Product License from the drop-down menu.

4. Import the license key.
